1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the bdi9 platform and its users. These Terms are intended for Bangladeshi players and apply to all products, services, and activities of bdi9.

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to bdi9's website, mobile application, and related services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered with bdi9 or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the bdi9 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds, free spins, or other rewards granted by bdi9.
• "Real Money" refers to the amount of funds deposited into a user's account.
• "Wagering" refers to the requirement to place a specified amount of bets using bonus funds.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the bdi9 platform, logging in, or using the service in any way, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the services on bdi9. This platform is open only to those who are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to open multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, household, or family, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Current residential address

Providing false or incorrect information may cause problems during account verification and may result in bonuses and withdrawals being blocked.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdi9 may request documents for identity verification at any time, such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This is part of safe platform operations.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, contact bdi9 support immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

All activities carried out from your account — deposits, bets, withdrawals — are considered your own responsibility. Managing an account through a third party is not permitted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

bdi9 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur in some cases due to verification processes or other reasons.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be fully completed
• Wagering requirements for all active bonuses must be fulfilled
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (where applicable)

4.5 Right to Reject Deposits

bdi9 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request without stating a specific reason, particularly if there is suspicion of anti-money laundering violations or fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• bdi9 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw bonus terms.
• Bonus funds will be wagered first; bonus funds will be used after real money is exhausted.
• Any bonus may be cancelled immediately if fraud is suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

bdi9 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active participation.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Operations

All games operated on the bdi9 platform are powered by software from world-class game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and many more. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Responsibility

The player is solely responsible for their own betting decisions. bdi9 does not predetermine the outcome of any game. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error or network issue, a decision will be made based on the server's records.

6.3 Disputed Transactions

If there is a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server logs will be considered the final authority. The rules and policies of the relevant game provider will apply. bdi9's decision is final and binding.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. bdi9 reserves the right to change displayed odds in accordance with reserved market rules. Once all approved bets have been processed, changes are not possible.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Systematically abusing bonuses (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting)
• Fraud, hacking, or manipulation of the platform's software
• Making deposits using funds belonging to a third party
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other users to place bets
• Playing games using automated software or bots
• Operating an account with a false identity or forged documents

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bdi9 platform — logos, designs, software, text, images, and games — is owned by bdi9 or its authorized partners. Copying, distributing, republishing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

The platform may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Software from third-party game providers is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

bdi9 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. The platform is secured with SSL encryption, and collected data is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and ensuring security.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdi9 is an online entertainment platform. All gaming and betting activities carry inherent financial risk. Users accept this risk knowingly.

bdi9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions
• Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways
• Services being temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues

In any case, bdi9's total liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

11.1 Right to Modify Terms

bdi9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

11.3 Account Closure by bdi9

bdi9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraud, or suspicion of illegal activity.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

12.2 Final Decision

If a dispute remains unresolved after the support team's initial review, the decision of bdi9 management will be final and binding on both parties. In disputes regarding game outcomes, the audit log of the relevant game provider will be considered the final evidence.
